Do my loved ones need to create an account?
No. They receive a private link and open the surprise directly in their browser, on mobile or desktop.
Does the camera start automatically?
No. To discover the surprise, your loved one must agree to camera, microphone and recording. They see their preview before starting recording and the reveal themselves. Without consent, the reveal remains blocked.
Who can see the video reactions?
Reactions are linked to your surprise and available from your creator space. Videos are never published as public content.
How long are videos kept?
A surprise can remain active for up to 90 days. After archiving, the relevant video reactions and media are kept for 30 days before deletion, in accordance with the privacy policy.
